Where Mental Health, Family Wellness and Cultural Identity Come Together

Everything begins with the heart. True healing starts from the inside out by purifying our hearts from the inner struggles that affect our mental health, relationships, families, and communities. We believe in having honest conversations without shame or judgment, addressing the root causes of our challenges, and creating lasting change. We are committed to promoting mental health, family wellness, and cultural identity, with a special focus on supporting Oromo families in preserving their language, culture, and traditions while embracing the communities they live in. Together, we hope to build healthier individuals, stronger families, and more connected communities for generations to come.
